If you are arriving via the D8 motorway (E55), take exit number 52 onto road 8 towards Velemín. Continue on road 8 and in Velemín turn left onto road 25819 towards Milešov / Žalany. Continue straight on road 25819 – DO NOT turn right on road 25820 in the direction of Černčice – until you reach access to a private road on the right, opposite the bus stop, location 50.555443, 13.900166. Turn right onto a private road with a barrier and continue for about 700m until you reach the Villa on the left hand side. 

 

If you are arriving from Teplice via road 8, in Žalany turn right onto road 258 and continue to the T-junction. Turn left onto road 25819 and continue until you reach access to a private road the left, location 50.555443, 13.900166, on the right side there is a bus stop. Turn left onto a private road with a barrier and continue for about 700m until you reach the Villa on the left.
